Tendergreen Burpless Cucumber is a delicious, non-bitter, heirloom slicing variety that boasts an ultra thin (no peeling needed) smooth skin, crisp flesh and traditional sweet fresh cucumber flavor. Harvest fruits when they are 5" to 6" inches long for ideal quality. Expect a prolific seasonal harvest on this high yielding producer that is a popular, long standing garden favorite dating back to the 1930's. Although best known as a slicing cucumber, Tendergreen makes a great pickling variety as well when harvested small.
