When you visit our website, www.redemptionseeds.com or order in any manner from us, these terms and conditions will help you understand our policies.
Shopping with Us
Our website provides a great deal of information about the seeds and products we offer. All information we provide is true and correct to the best of our knowledge. If you have any questions about the products listed, please contact us prior to ordering.
We reserve the right to correct any errors made in listing or describing products, including price, quantity or specifications and to reject any orders placed with erroneous information.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover on our website and for email orders. By providing your card information, you are consenting to the use of your card for your purchase and shipping. For postal mail orders, we also accept money orders, cashier’s and personal checks. Such orders are shipped when funds are received. All orders are subject to verification and may be rejected if we deem there is any fraudulent information being provided. Please use the Mail In Order Form for email or postal mail orders.
Orders begin processing to ship as soon as they are received through our website or via alternate methods of ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled or revised once submitted. Automatic and manual timestamps on all orders ensure they are processed on a “first in, first out” basis. Most are usually ready to ship in 1 to 3 days. Shipping is subject to verification of address, payment and availability.
Seeds are meant for your use and are not to be resold. We reserve the right to limit quantities of purchases and update prices according to availability and market fluctuations. We do our best to keep our website offerings up to date, however, availability and price shown is not guaranteed. If any products are unavailable at the time of processing, but expected in stock soon, they may be placed on a back order. If something you have ordered is on back order, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, generally within 30 days. You may receive a partial order of in stock items followed by the back ordered items. As a courtesy, if your order is split, we will use standard shipping to send the balance of items at no additional cost to you.
Another option is to ship a substitute item. You may select this option at checkout, and we will choose something comparable to your original choice and ship it to you at no additional cost. On a mail in order, you may select this option AND indicate your preferred substitution. We will do our best to make sure you have something similar to enjoy rather than leave you short.

Seeds
Seeds are considered a perishable item and are therefore not returnable. Please make your seed choices with that understanding. Many varieties are packed by hand and all orders are double checked for accuracy before leaving our shop. But, if you experience a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of its arrival, as noted on the tracking information so we can make it right.
We offer the highest quality seeds and expect good to excellent results in germination. We want you to be successful growing and have provided you with information about the varieties and instructions for proper growing conditions. However, as with all agricultural products, we cannot guarantee your individual outcome. If you experience a failure, please contact us within 2 weeks of planting and no later than 90 days after purchase. If we ascertain that the seeds are defective, we will offer you replacement seeds, if available, or a comparable variety. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the seeds to personal home growers. Any shipping costs are not refundable. Redemption Seeds is not liable for any crop failure or loss. We do not guarantee seeds purchased in quantities that would constitute commercial use.

At Redemption Seeds, our goal is to meet your need for seeds and other products in an efficient and secure way through our ecommerce site. We also want to inform you how your personal information is used and protected when you do business with us. Right to Deletion
On receipt of a request from you, notwithstanding the exceptions below, we will delete any personal information from our records and request any service providers to do the same. Children Under 18
Redemption Seeds does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to use this site.
E-mail Communication
Redemption Seeds may contact you via email for the purpose of promotions, alerts, confirmations of orders, surveys and other general communication and we may receive notification when those emails are opened or you click on a link therein. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications, you may opt out of such by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button on the email.
