Shipping

Orders begin processing to ship as soon as they are received through our website or via alternate methods of ordering. Orders cannot be changed once submitted. Automatic and manual timestamps on all orders ensure they are processed on a “first in, first out” basis. Most are usually ready to ship in 1 to 3 days unless we are experiencing high order volumes. Shipping is subject to verification of address, payment and availability.

Customers are responsible to provide a correct and valid delivery address. We will not be responsible and/or liable for any delays or expenses deriving from incorrect shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, at Redemption Seeds’ discretion.

For orders over $198, the shipping is on us! We use USPS for our orders. Transit time depends upon your zone. If you need your items faster or require insurance or additional services, please choose an upgraded shipping option. Those shipping charges would then apply.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 - 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Handling time is determined by our ordering volume. Orders are processed on a "first received" basis.

Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 13 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

USPS Tracking® is included and your tracking number will be provided via email as soon as it is issued. Please note that there may be tracking numbers issued at all hours/days but packages are put into transit once per business day. There may be a delay in showing that it is in transit due to systems at USPS. For example, a package with a tracking number issued at midnight will not be put into the USPS system until 3PM pickup, and USPS may not show the package as in its system until it updates at 11 PM. We have even had people receive packages before the tracking number shows in the system!

Please choose your delivery method based upon your need for guaranteed delivery date, insurance, or other extra services provided by USPS. Redemption Seeds is not liable for any loss, damage or delay of packages. In case of non-delivery by the carrier, customer must notify us within 24 hours of the original delivery date scheduled by the carrier in order for us to assist in tracking. Late deliveries by carrier do not constitute as a failure to deliver and does not entitle you to cancel your order or receive a refund.

We reserve the right to change or add carriers for shipping packages at comparable rates and services. All other conditions apply.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Printable Mail In Order Form

Even if you would like to pay by check, we would encourage you, if you have access to our website, to place your order online and simply "Print Your Order" at checkout by pressing “Ctrl, then P” to print the order page screen from your computer. You can then send in your printed order. This helps avoid calculation mistakes and allows us to better track orders. Follow the instructions on the form, fill it out, and scan and send via email or send via postal mail with payment to the address on the form. Our website shows the most current stock availability, but we suggest providing alternate selections should inventory be depleted during the time it takes to receive your order.
