Oklahoma Golden Yellow Zinnia is a cottage garden favorite featuring medium-sized, double and semi-double, ruffled blooms on long sturdy stems. Prolific 30" to 40 " inch plants produce abundant blooms from early summer through fall until the first frost takes them away. This variety has been bread for cut flower production so it is much less susceptible to powdery mildew than other varieties. Regularly deadheading spent blooms will significantly increase production of new blooms and encourage branching. Zinnias have exceptional vase life when properly conditioned and maintain their vigor for 7+ days in the vase with regularly changed water. A staple variety for cut flower growers and home gardeners who love to bring the beauty of the garden inside to fill vases and vessels with gorgeous summer blooms! Packet: 50 seeds.
