Mizuna Green Mustard is a smooth and tender textured Japanese mustard that has a mild peppery flavor without overbearing pungency. Often used in stir-fry dishes, Mizuna also makes a great addition to steamed dishes and fresh salads. Thin, highly serrated leaves form prolific upright bunched clusters. Well used as a feathery textural component in ornamental gardens, this heirloom variety makes a wonderful addition to window boxes, patio planters and containers for easy harvesting.
