Micro Salad Mix Mild Greens is a splendid mix of mild leafy greens for baby leaf salad production. A delicious blend of Mizuna, Cabbage, Kale and Kohlrabi with a splash of red leaves for color accent. For the most tender and flavorful baby leaves, harvest between 8 to 12 days. Enjoy a delicious nutty flavor mixed with a mild kick to finish. Grow in soil or hydroponically. Keep dark for the first four days and then expose to light. All seeds have a similar germination time so this is an easy straight forward mix to grow. We recommend seeding 11 gm per tray at approx. 2.5 flats per oz of seed. 8 to 12 days. Packet: 1.5 g
