Boston Pickling Cucumber is a wildly popular heirloom variety dating back to 1880 that is best known for making crunchy, snackable pickles! Although famous for pickling, this variety also makes a wonderful addition to a salad or vegetable tray served with dip. One of the few varieties that thrives in partial sun or full sun, Boston Pickling Cucumber is ideal for container or patio gardens with limited space. Expect an abundant crop of 6" inch smooth skinned fruit with minimal black spine. Plant is monoecious (both the male and female reproductive systems exist on the same plant). 60 days. Packet: 50 seeds.
