Cabbage, scientifically known as Brassica oleracea, is a vegetable garden staple. Select from Redemption's vast array of cabbage to grow from seed. We offer cabbage seed grown for sauerkraut, fermenting, stir-fires, coleslaw and fresh salads in miniature, small, medium and large varieties. After trialing, we have selected cabbage varieties that are excellent winter keepers, withstand heat, mature early, are slow bolting, disease resistant, compact, slow to split and most importantly, have a delicious sweet flavor and crisp texture. Our cabbage varieties come in a wide array of colors, from light green to dark purple.
