Centaurea Imperialis Purple is also known as Imperial Series or more commonly, Sweet Sultan. These beautiful Centaureas are delightfully rich in texture and add interest to any garden. Blooms themselves are 2" to 3" inches across and are best described as fringed, fluffy flowers. Almost thistle-looking, they protrude from a basket weave stem bottom that is also visually captivating.
